The 11th Year of Mercer's M&A Development program sees two days of intensive and highly interactive learning, covering every aspect of the M&A deal process. Over the 2 days, workshops will demonstrate how attendees can better manage their M&A deals and mitigate any risks which may become apparent during the deal process.
