Description
The Certificate in Exit Planning is a one day course designed to take professional advisors through the EPI Value Acceleration Methodology, a process taught at the CEPA Program a part of EPI. This course concentrates on the organizing principle of the methodology called the “Master Plan” which consists of three critical components which make a successful transition for a business owner possible: 1) maximizing business value 2) personal financial planning and 3) life after business planning. Attendees will also learn how to describe the deliverable at each of the three major gates of the methodology and understand how the exit planner and the “triggering event” create action and generate business opportunity and deal flow for other professional advisors while significantly improving value and probability of a successful transaction.
