Pierre leverages industry relationships for capital raising and deal sourcing, and leads multi-disciplinary teams to efficiently meet client needs. He represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors and investment funds, and serves as director and corporate secretary for oil gas, oilfield services and technology companies.
In 2012, Pierre supported clients as lead legal advisor on 18 closed MA and private equity transactions worth over $600 million in aggregate.
