Diversified Oil & Gas Services Company Seeking Private Equity Investment - $43.6 million revenue and $12.3 million EBITDA

The Company is an integrated oilfield services provider in Western Canada that provides the following services (with revenue breakdown):

• Significant diversification of service offerings across the resource sector production cycle from exploration to refining/processing;
• Long-term Master Service Agreements with major tier one customers in the energy and infrastructure sector;
• Strategic locations in all major resource plays across Western Canada; and 
• Proven management team that has been able to profitably grow the Company during one of the worst economic downturn in Western Canada's history.

The Company is seeking a minority private equity investor to provide capital for additional organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The Company is offering $10 million of equity which will be used for capex expansion being requested by existing clients and also continued consolidation through acquisitions. Management has identified acquisition targets with $50 million+ enterprise value that they are currently evaluating.
